Factors affecting the injection molding process

Injection molding is a complex process that is influenced by many factors, such as pressure, speed, position, temperature, time, etc.

1. Pressure
The action pressure provided by the pressure system (oil pump) or the servo motor of the injection molding machine is mainly used in various action programs such as injection devices, glue melting devices, mold opening and locking devices, ejection devices, injection table devices, and core pulling devices. After inputting relevant parameters in the control panel of the injection molding machine, the processor converts them into signals for each program action, thereby controlling the pressure required for the execution of each action program.
The principle of pressure setting is to overcome the corresponding resistance of the action, but adjust its parameter values accordingly to match the speed of the action.

2. Speed
To complete the required activity speed (system hydraulic oil flow rate) for each action program with the above pressure, the basic speed levels are: slow flow 0.1-10, slow speed 11-30, medium speed 31-60, and high speed 61-99.

3. Location
Switching points between fast, slow, high, and low pressure in each action

4. Temperature
Necessary conditions for plastic melting and mold heating

5. Time
The execution time of each action
